Our Roles (Contributor Ladder)

Members (Financial Institutions & Analysts)

Entities that run or monitor the engine. They do not necessarily generate code, but test APIs, issue ISO 20022 compliance reports, and point out critical demands (Issues).

> Permission: Issue creation, Functional Proposals, Forum Participation.

👨‍💻

Contributors (Rust/Go/K8s Engineers)

Those who have functional code merged into the project. They do the heavy lifting: cryptography, queue processing, HSM integrations, and the operational frontend.

> Permission: Authorized Code Review, Voting in Board Elections.

Core Leaders (Forming)

The technical group responsible for the architectural sanity of the network. They are the Gatekeepers. In the future, no changes to the core settlement rule (RTGS) will pass to master without public scrutiny and mandatory review through *Request For Comments (RFC)*.

> Permission: Write/Merge Request Override, Structural Veto.

"Zero Tolerance" Code of Conduct

We work with the core of national wealth. There is no room for the troll behavior of archaic hacker culture. We demand "Institutional Modesty". Immediate punishments such as locks or "Hard Bans" are applied against any personal attacks or conscious malicious insertions.
